1. Services

Suds Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing services. By booking a service through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate your access to our Site at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payments

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings made through our Site are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your service.
  2. Payment: Payments for our services can be made online through our secure payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

3. User Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services or creating an account on our Site.
  2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm our Site, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  3. Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for our detailing services. We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Suds Mobile Detailing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
